imm 54066 signatures question

Hello, I was reviewing the checklist for the sponsorship of my conjugal partner and in the signatures section i saw this:

She is the principal applicant so she signed the form but what about the second checkbox? No where in that form it is instructed that someone else has to sign it, there is no space to do so either. Could anyone help me with this please?

• All dependent children aged 18 or over (whether coming with you to Canada or not).

thx but i've read that already, it's still doesn't explain why they put "all other family members of the principal applicant (including minors) in the checklist (form imm5629) in the signatures section. Anyone else could figure this out?

It should state "dependents 18 or older", as they have to fill out and sign their own IMM5406.
