Just wanna ask if I still need to include all the siblings of my parents in Section C? or keep it blank. My mother has 7 siblings and my father has 7 as well.

It depends for whom you are filling out the forms. If for yourself, it refers to your own brothers and sisters. If for them - they should each fill out a form and yes, all of their siblings.

Hi, i just realized that a single person with no children, i found out that my parents and siblings are NOT my dependant. So therefore, their own info are not needed as they will be part of my own section
