In IMM5406, I'm confused that how many forms should I fill, 1 for myself, 1 for my spouse.
I am main applicant, in section A I should fill spouse part or not ?
My spouse should fill section A without mention about applicant ?
Please help me to fill this form.

Thanks for your replay, but in section 1, there are 2 rows, first applicant (which is me) second spouse, how my wife can fill the form and put her name as applicant ? do you get my point ?

For my self , I have to fill Applicant part and also write down my spouse name ?
For my wife, she has to just write down her name as spouse and my name as applicant or vice versa ?
I'm sorry I have low IQ.
Please tell me what should I write.
1st copy - your principal applicant name then fill the info on him
2nd copy - your wife (applicant) then put the spouse name (yours) then fill the info about her INFO.
Its additional info on the all the dependents + principal applican. The applicant on the first box is considered to be either the principal and each of the other applicants (e.g. dependents, wife, kids etc)
