Good afternoon,

My husband and I are applying inland. On form IMM5285 question#5 asks if we are in a common-law relatioinship i.e living together in a conjugal relationship for a period of at least one year. I would say no, because we aren't common-law we are married? or would I say yes because we've lived together for longer than a year? ???

Hi, that doesn't apply to you because you are married so the answer would be no!!-The question applies to spouses that are not married and are in common-law or conjugal relationship!-Hope that helps

Thank you :-[

It gets so detailed your afraid to answer the simpliest straight forward question wrong lol!

Thanks again.
