IMM 5285, Spouse/common-law questionnaire

Question 3 asks the period of cohabitation. we still live together. so what should I fill in the blanks.

first blank I know how to fill it, the date we live together.
but, for the second blank, we are living together, and there is no end. so what should I fill in that one?

fill "present"? or fill the date I submit the form?
