IMM 1294e Form Inquiry

I am filling the IMM 1294e form for study permit outside of Canada. However in the employment space I need to fill more employments as the space provided is not enough.
Do I have to fill the required page in a new form, print it out and attach it to my supporting documents or Do I have to print it out and hand fill it then scan with other supporting documents.
I will appreciate your comments and advice.

For IMM 1294 Form,for the employment section,you can leave these spaces blank,write 'Please See Attached',then attach a separate page in MS Word Doc or PDF format,with your employment history of last 10 yrs in table format.
