Hi experts, I am currently in the process of sponsoring my common-law wife who lives in Chile and we were wondering if in the 'Contact Information mailing address´ section if she should write MY mailing address here in Canada instead of her address in Chile. That brings me to my next question. Can a sponsor (myself) act as the representative? If I can be her representative that means I would need to also complete a 'use of a representative´ form...

The sponsor can be the rep. If you put your address for her contact, you must be listed as her rep.
