Hello all,

I'm filling in the IMM 0008-Schedule 3 form and I'm not sure about one point: For question 7C, my spouse is proficient in English however she doesn't have official English test results, shall I answer "No"?

Yes, you should answer 'No' if she doesn't have an original and valid IELTS test report.

You see, there are only two options: you either answer 'Yes', provide IELTS and get 5 extra points, or you answer 'No' with no respect to her actual language skills.
