Hi all,
Thanks for your time and attention trying to solve my problems! I am applying PR of Canada with business immigration program and working on the Generic Application Form (IMM 0008) and Checklist (IMM 5760e).

Background Information
a. I am Chinese citizen, studying and working in Hong Kong for over 6 years with valid working visa and residential ID card (not Hong Kong Permanant Resident). Therefore, by the date of PR Application start, I would apply the PR application with identity of Chinese citizen. However, my Chinese permanent resident ID Card (regards as National Identity Docuement of Chinese) would be expired before my application date inevitably.

b. My parents have been separated for more then 20 years, but they did not file the divorce paper, so officially they are still married. In the documents required for immigration process, there is an item required photo of me and my family member (which from my understanding includes my parents). Due to the time limitation, getting a official divorce is not possible.

Identity Document Status, (by the time when submit application)
- Chinese Passport: Valid
- Chinese Permanent Resident ID Card: Expired
- Chinese Driving License: Valid
- Chinese Household Registry: Valid
- Hong Kong Residential ID Card: Valid (Not Permanant Resident & No expired date)
- Hong Kong Passport: None

===================================================================

Then here are my questions:

Generic Application Form (IMM 0008):
- National Identity Document:
1. Should I select "No"?
2. If "Yes", which National Identity Document should I put on ?
3. If Chinese permanent resident ID Card is must, means I had to renew this resident ID Card then submit the PR application ?

Document Checklist (IMM 5760e):

11. Identity and Civil Documents:
- National IDs, family/household registry/book (if applicable)

1. In this section, should I submit all the residential documents I have? (Chinese & Hong Kong)
2. Or just Chinese family household registry.

14. Photo Requirements:
- Include two (2) photos for each member of your family

1. Is that ok to NOT providing photo of my father, if yes, is there any additional document / declaration required?

Really appreciated for your answer or any discussion!

Many thanks.
