IMM 0008 Highest Education Level Help

Hey Guys

I would like to ask about the IMM 0008, the question about whats your highest education level. I do have a 2 years diploma
I went to University for 4 year but did not graduate I'm currently doing my Masters finishing early next year.
Should i put the masters or simply say Diploma.

I believe it says highest level completed. So I only answered up to what I had completed. So you would say the 2 year diploma.
