IMM 0008 Generic Application Form - Question 3

I am sponsoring my mom and dad to immigrate to Canada. I listed my brother as a dependent, and he is not immigrating to canada. How many family members should I put in question #3? Is it just my mom and dad?

Just wanted to point out that the 5,000 application limit for this program was reached earlier this year, so you will have to wait until Jan 1, 2015 to actually apply to sponsor your parents. By that time, some of the forms may have been updated, so make sure you send the latest version of all forms.

To answer your question...yes, the total will be two.
