I'm looking for a job offer in retail industry across Canada. Currently working here in Dubai as sales executive for eleven years.

There are no jobs on this forum. Given the fact that the retail sector is shut down in Canada, you will not get a job offer. Also your employer needs a LMIA and prove no Canadain can do the job. Then with a LMIA you applied for a closed work permit. It takes many months, even a year. Look at immigration programs.
