Hello, I would suggest you talk to any advisor or employment agent who deals with business industry. I do not know any agency, unfortunately, to whom I can refer. However, a college or university has an employment advisor, so you can email them based on which area of Canada you would like to relocate to.
I personally work in health care industry and do mentoring. If anyone is looking for some guidance in the health care sector, they can reach out to me.
I would like to migrate to Canada on PR program. I hold a Ph.D. in Animal Science, with 3 years lecturing experience in a University, I also established commercial egg production farm for over 9 years, now. I am Married with two kids, both under 10 years.
Please, I need someone to provide me with step by step detailed information on program or route (with higher chances) for me to migrate to Canada. Do I need a PNP ? or Express Entry? or the federal skilled worker program.
I deeply appreciate your reply and support. Thanks.

Start with Express Entry (Federal Skilled worker) and see if eligible with 67 selection points. Points are based on age, education (assessments), work experience, language skills (IELTS/TEF) and funds. If you have a Masters, fluent in French and English, you have a chance. So go on the website and the steps are there.
PNP is an option if you have a job offer in that province or a high enough score in an in-demand NOC (healthcare, trades).
