I'm in the Carribean, not a US citizen but recently got biometrics instruction letter. This is confusing. IRCC website states, applicants should go to a VAC near you. The closest state to me is Florida. Only Application Support Centres are in Florida not Visa Application Centres (VAC). Could I give bio there if im not a US citizen? Also could I do a walk in or must it be by appointment?

This had me wondering : "Don’t travel to the U.S. if you’re going only to give biometrics. U.S. border officials may not let you enter the country. You can only give biometrics at an ASC if you’re already legally in the U.S."

True. I was not addressing whether you can enter the country for that purpose. Also you may need to make an appointment and covid rules means not easy everywhere. But ircc doesn't care if you do it in Mongolia.
