Hello everyone . I am a protected person living in Ontario. Before I was living in Quebec , now I have got a CT scan test in the next few days in Quebec . Now my question is can I travel to Quebec and use my brown refugee paper like before or I cannot do that ? And will this be a problem for my permanent residence application? Thank you

If you are a protected person you should now have provincial health insurance. If you are no longer a resident of Quebec you shouldn’t be going for a CT scan in Quebec.
