In most cases when decision are made before medical request, it is always rejection but wait to see what,,,,

I Have sent my personal history document by email today to LONDON VO
But did not receive any AUTO REPLY of receiving that email.
I have sent two times but did not receive any auto reply.
I had sent a CSI few weeks back and received auto reply immediatly.
but now did not receive any
