no u cannot.....u can manage living expenses but not tuition fees . Legally u can work for 20 hrs that barely takes care of ur living expenses, books ,supplies etc . if u try to work more u may adversely effect ur grades and ur future.
What if my spouse will join me while studying and he will be issued an open working permit.. So it means, he will work full time, while me, i will study and work 20 hours a week and my spouse will work fulltime. Can we manage to earn my next sem tuition fee.. Pls advice as i'm planning to apply for him also for my next year intake.. Thanx for the info guys. would appreciate it..

it depends on what type of job ur spouse gonna have? if ur spouse plans to take up odd jobs(restaurents, gas station jobs ) then no u cannot pay fees with min pay jobs ...as in ur case u wont be sharing and u(and spouse) will have to pay apartment rent by ur self roughly $700-$800 depending where u r. u will barely manage 1 sem fee almost after a year's worth of savings. u cannot work for first 6 months so ur spouse will support u the so no savings there.
You won't be able to earn enough to cover the fees on any job that you could legally get with your skills. Remember that you're only allowed to work 20 hours a week during semesters, and 40 hours a week during breaks.
