If two PG certifications r done each being of one year duration then does it????

If two PG certifications r done each being of one year duration then does it makes us eligible for a three year work permit or do we have to take admission in a two year program beforehand??? coz the basic problem which i am facing is that most of the PG programs of my trade are for one year only. I have done BTECH in electronics and communication. so courses like wireless networking r for 1 year only. suggest me ideas that wat shud i do in order to complete my eligibilty of studying for two years in order to get PR.

Either go for masters in the second year, after your first year in PG diploma.
Or, go for fast track program of two years duration in Centennial College, check the start dates of your course Electronics Engg Technology
