online is far more better as it limit errors and processing is faster than paper application. for your case you can apply online which is better. but i got information from another site that,, if you didnt apply before the first of july its advisable to differ your admission to the next session. howevr, i strongly advise you to check your visa office processing time and if it shows you still got some time, then do online application immidiately and make sure you submott all required documents to avoid delay cos you are a bit late
