If deported from the U.S. to Guinea, Can I go to Canada?

My friend is deported back to Guinea, he came to the U.S. as a child from Guinea on a visa with his parents and he was a DACA Recipient but expired during his stay in the detention center. He has one felony for theft (wasn't his fault) and was on probation for 5 years and has a second felony but the case was dismissed. What will be the most suitable way to immigrate or seek refuge to Canada for his case?

With that history, it's extremely unlikely that he will be granted a temporary resident visa to Canada.
The only option will be to apply for PR, using the economic immigration process.

There's no quick route to Canada.

Agreed with the advice above. Any temporary visa (e.g. visitor visa, work permit, study permit) will be refused.

He needs to focus on qualifying to immigrate as an economic immigrant through a program like Express Entry based on his level of education, work experience, age, language abilities, funds available to settle in Canada and other factors. He can start by checking out the Express Entry program. This is a points-based program and right now those with 460+ points are being selected. He should determine how many points he has to see what his chances are of being selected.

Note that he's inadmissible to Canada at this time due to the felony. He will have to apply for rehabilitation before he can apply to immigrate. He will need to wait until five years have passed from the time he completed his probation before he will qualify to apply for rehabilitation. Once he qualifies and applies, he should expect processing to take anywhere from several months to well over a year.
