Does IRCC require soft copy of IELTS TRF to be uploaded or only TRF number is fine? I had taken the IELTs exams from British Council based center(ETC) on 11th Feb. The results are displayed in the test taker portal, but no option to download it, additionally did not even receive the TRF hardcopy via postal mail. Now the center is closed and BC customer service is not even responding to mails/calls. Any idea or pointers on this topic can really help a lot..
 
Hi, I totally understand this is exhausting situation, I am experiencing the same thing too! May I ask how did it go for you?
