IELTS scores along with the application

Hello All,

I intend to apply for PR under FSW this May 2013. But I have booked my IELTS test for the end of May. Do we need to send the IELTS Score results along with the application, if I apply it on May 4th? or Can we apply for PR at a later date say in June after we get out IELTS scores.
