I just received my ielts score. I got s=7, l=5.5, w=6.5, r=6.5. And overall score is 6.5
Can any on tell me whether iam eligible for CEC

guess u need a minimum of 6 in all to b eligible.

Good to go. Noc B minimum requirements is 5 in each if you fall under CEC.
