Language Eligibility with 5.5 in one

hi my IELTS score is W-7,S-7, L-6.5, R-5.5 overall 6.5..kindly tell me CLB level and kindly tell me am i eligible to apply for PR under this score?

No - you need a minimum of 6 in each of the four categories.

6 is must in all its not mentioned literally anywhere . But your score will be less than 350 and 6 is must in all to score some thing reasonable.
If you are the primary applicant one suggestion try and file for recheck on your 5.5 band they might give you a 6. Its cost half the fee.

it is mentioned CLB 7 but the link which i have shared they dont ask for 6 each after getting ITA..

I got 5.5 on listening at first and it wasn't enough to apply

Had to go through the test again and got at least 6 each
