IELTS score for skill level 0,A & B

Hello,
I am confused about IELTS requirements for skill level A & B. My IELTS score is

L: 7.5
R: 6.5
W: 6.5
S: 7.5

Can i qualify for skill level 0 or A ?

I would say 7.5 for your CLB. You can use the charts here:

Thx Man. My total IELTS was 7. And when i look at CEC instruction guide, there are 3 diff section with 3 diff CLB ie 8, 7 , 6. What does that mean ?

The guide is the Canadian Language Benchmark measurements. You have to measure your IELTS score with how it compares to the CLB. One of the tables on the page I sent you does that.
