IELTS Score for MPNP

Hi guys, my wife got the result of IELTS for mpnp like

Listening : 4.5
Reading : 3.0
Writing : 5.5
Speaking : 5.5

Overall : 4.5

in this case, is it possible to apply mpnp?
and what should I input in "Self-assessed score"?? 16? or 40?

Plz help me :'(

Assuming your wife is the primary applicant, she will get zero language points because her IELTS results are CLB 3 or lower.

You were right. She got 0 point so she took CELPIP and got enough score.
