18 points - used the official guide from CIC http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/language-testing.asp
Listening 6.5 = 4 points because only a "7.5" could receive a 5, anything between 6 and 7.5 would get 4 points
Reading 6 = 4 points
Writing 6.5 = 5 points
Speaking 6.5 = 5 points
= Total of 18

The next available dates are in the month of July. Should I repeat IELTS....what if the cap is reached. (2) Is there a way of finding the Cap has been reached.

i believe so. I have computed it as 19 as well. Anyway, i have already submitted my docs. How many days would it take if courier was sent from toronto to CIO N.Scotia? My dox were actually sent yesterday morning (Toronto time).
