ielts result

Dear All,

i get my ielts result today -
speaking 5
reading 6
listening 7
writing 6.5 -

means i will get total 9 point.

After this i am one point short of 67.

can i send them a written explanation about my english language as i have stuydies in english only. and i have documents to prove from educational institute .

Will they accept them and give me one more point to 67

i am afraid not. Only IELTS and TEF are indicator for language test. It was possible in past, but not currently.

Please don't submit this result with your application because there is a 100% chance of rejection with 1 point short in 67. Please prepare once again and give IELTS again and try to score better in speaking because all other scores are good. I am saying this with the past experience of some friends who faced rejection because of this. I also gave IELTS twice because I also short for 1 point to achieve 67, now with the second result of IELTS I achieve 70 points.

I agree what the majority say,that you will definitely face rejection.Based on your score,I believe you have a better chance to pass the Ielts if you are aiming 10 points only.if you can focus the reading and speaking more,you can make it.

It is just a matter of practice,and there is a lot of free ielts materials here on the forum and on the Internet.Cheers!

Of course Not. CIC will reject your app right away. Redo your IELTS again or try to find that missing point some other way.

As suggested by everyone please dont submit this result, they will straight away reject ur application, kindly reappear for the 2nd test, and with a good score submit your result. I am sure in second test u can score good marks.
