I think you should get your result by July 9. AEO or British council they normally mails your score card on the 13th day after the exam. It is also mentioned on the IELTS booklet and according to my experience it has been perfectly accurate.

Update here when you get your result.

You can access it online just to see if you passed...go to british council website you took the exam, then there is a shortcut there that state " IELTS result"
