ielts requirement for visa process for post diploma

Hello, I have just received the email of letter of Acceptance from college from Canada for post diploma program. But my ielts score is overall 6.5 and 5.5 in writing. And recently I came to know that visa rule has changed. So will I get visa for Canada?

I don't know about other application programs like spp etc, but for a regular study visa application there is no need to submit your test results.

Again, it's not required. A high score may help you but it's not necessary.
