Can anyone tell me what is the minimum IELTS requirement for NOC skill B?

Listening : 6, Reading: 5.5 , Writing: 5.5 Speaking :5.5

Overall 5.5 is good for apply CEC under Noc skill level B?

but in cic.gc.ca website noc b its show three different things which one they consider............
