IELTS Re-Assessment

Hi Guys,
Following is my IELTS attempts history:

British Council: L:7.0, R:9.0, W:6.5, S:7.5 (4-Mar-2017)
British Council: L:8.5, R:7.5, W:7.0, S:6.5 (29-Apr-2017)
IDP : L:7.0, R:7.0, W:7.0, S:8.0 (25-May-2017)

Shall I apply reassessment of 2nd attempt to achieve 7.0 in Speaking, which will give me CLB9 ??
How much are the chances for the band to change to 7.0 from 6.5 in Speaking ?
Does the reassessment work at all ?

Assesment do work if you are sure that you did better than your score,in my case i was increased from 6 or 6.5 cant really remember up to 8 loool so yes it can happen

Ur 2nd attempt looks good. You should do reassessment bc the other marks are quite high. The chance is good.

U can give it a try, with IDP the re-evaluation time was 6-8 weeks not sure about british council

For speaking you can give it a try for 2nd attempt, but can you re-evaluate as its already mean quite a time after results were declared.

I sent mine for re-assessment(IDP), specifically for writing. It took 4 weeks and got a 0.5 band increase.

I applied for the re-evaluation of speaking module on April 14, but still waiting for the outcome.

Now i'm stuck at 66 points of express entry and not meeting the minimum criteria of 67.

so what will be the best option to take re-assessment or take another exam??

My suggestion is that it's better to go with new test.

Take a Retest. Practice hard. I am sure you will get better marks
