IELTS Paper Based Exam - Reading Issue

Hi

I am preparing for IELTS Paper-Based Exam. While evaluating the various sample papers of Reading Section, I encountered the readability issue because of 2 sided-printing. E.g. Paragraph is on one side of page and Questions related to same on other side. Flipping the page to answer the questions consume good amount of time.

Just wanted to know, Is the same printing pattern (2-sided) follows in actual exam as well.
