IELTS New or old System for evaluation ?

Dear Members

I had submitted my application as skilled worker class in Aug,2007. I was required to obtain 9 Points in language section. I got following points in IELTS test on 20th feb 2010:

Listening 6
Reading 6
Writing 5.5
Speaking 6.5

Now I did some research online and I think since I took the test after November 28, 2008 my test results should be evaluated under the new ielts evaluation system.

What I wanted to ask is that whether I'll be evaluated under the new system?
Seniors please guide me.

To get the advantage of the pre-Nov./08 scores, your application and IELTS have to predate Nov/08 see: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/op/op06-eng.pdf page 21
