My wife is an albanian citizen, she wants to apply for a WP, she has a valid LMO and a job offer from her employer. She is going to be a waitress in her employers restaurant. If I understand correctly this job is classified as for " semi- or low-skilled workers" (NOC classification: 6513 Food and beverage servers - which means Skill Level C ). What is the required IELTS CLB level for this sort of WP? Will she need a medical exam? (Is the medical exam required for all sorts of job or is it mandatory for everyone who applies for a work permit? )
