Great scores in LRS. In case she has to reappear, then I suggest you to go through the below video and make usage of these words mentioned in the video. There is no way a person will get less than band 7 if these words are used in speaking and writing tests.
In fact, the use of some of these words helped me achieve CLB 9 in the first attempt itself.
we have seen this video and she has used 7 words out of 9 still got 6.5 that is the main reason i am thinking for rechecking . please suggest and worst thing is next ielts available date is 19th May
As I understand from other members, requesting for re-mark does not help. Don't recommend asking for a re-mark.
The process takes about 6 to 8 weeks and it's unlikely that your scores will change. It might be faster to resit the test.
My scores were upgraded from 6.5 to 7.5 after recheck. It was four years ago for academic ielts (speaking section).
I believe you should apply for reevaluation. If money isn't a constraint then also rebook the test. In case reevaluation doesn't work, she may retake the test.

If you are the primary applicant and your wife is the dependent, then the maximum that you can get for her IELTS is 20 points (under CRS). With the above scores, you already get 18 points. It is up to you whether you want to pay 50% IELTS fees for remarking or even appear again just for 2 points. But, if your wife is the primary applicant, then yes, you can consider those options.
If you are looking to re-take the test, you may also check dates for IDP IELTS, sometimes you get dates in IDP. British Council usually gets booked out for at least 3 months. Another way to get closer dates is to look for test centres in your nearest cities.
I understand that you prefer Mumbai, but you can try out cities closer to Mumbai, like for example Ahmedabad or Hyderabad, dates are available for GT from March onwards https://www.ieltsidpindia.com/Candidate-Registration.aspx
May be you can try the following options.
1. Submit a request to re-mark, what I have heard is that the fees for re-marking is around 50% of actual test fees. There are chances that you can get a 0.5 increment in the writing score. The whole process would take around 6-8 weeks. The risk here is that if the score does not change you lose your money.
2. Simultaneously, book a test in a neighbouring city like Ahmedabad/Hyderabad if you do not get a test date in your city. Meanwhile, if you get your scores re-marked, go ahead and cancel your IELTS test, it will cost you around 2000 and you will get the rest of the fees refunded to you in 4 weeks. In the worst case, if you do not get the re-marking done successfully, then your wife can go ahead with the re-test. I have done this one and have got my refund as well, but my situation was a little different from yours.

looking to other scores , i recommend go for a recheck. this might save time but do keep preparing for the next trial and take a date too. Be ready to give a retest.
