If I remember correctly in the text we didn't have an expression "by canoe". So it's incorrect, you musn't invent anything, you must write the words and expression from the text exactly as they are.

Completely agree to this. We cannot add any extra word which in not given in the passage

The correct answer is pool
And wrong music - the question was addressed to the speaker (the lady) and not the student (Micheal)
I remember it clearly what does the speaker think is the .........
