Hi,
I've my upcoming IELTS exam on 27th Oct 2018 in Qatar. Today, I received a mail from British council notifying that instead of headphones, speakers will be used for the listening section as their headphones have some issue.

I think, its unfair from test takers point of view and can impact my listening score.

I tried contacting them but they are not picking calls. Please suggest what can I do?
