Hi,
I am eligible under CEC category (worked in Canada for more than 1 year in last 3 years) for immigration. So first thing I am going to do is I have to apply under "Express Entry" program.
It is mandatory (for main applicant) to give IELTS (General Training) score while applying for "Express Entry" program.
My question is: Dependent spouse need to give IELTS exam? If Yes, what will be the score required for her?
Thanks.

No - spouse is not required to take IELTS exam
Does dependent spouse need to take IELTS if she wants to work in Canada once arriving there?
If she doesn´t take IELTS during the ranking process, because she is going as a spouse, will she be able to work if we are invited to apply?
If yes, what score is needed? The same CLB 7 or less?
Thanks.

1. No.
2. Yes, she would be a permanent resident.

As long as you add her as your dependent - once you've receiving your PR, she would be a PR as well and wouldn't have to worry about IELTS
Hi
My husband is already a PR of Canada. So now do I need to take the IELTS if I'm going in spouse visa? Will I be able to work there? If IELTS needed, then what score should I get?
Also, I'm planning to go on visit till then, in that case IELTS required?
Regards,
Swetha
