Check your SMS received from British Council. It should be there.
Last exam, I checked the result like 4:00 AM and it was there. I did check before I went to sleep (around 10ish) and it wasn't available. My test center was World Trade Center, Dubai.

i think they said they will start gradually rolling out at AUSTRALIAN 12AM... so it is not a fixed time..may be wait for few more hours and keep trying....
