We are from India. There are 15 Official Languages. You won't find lot of English Speaking people here.

why calling? find a homeless person in your area and take him to the park for a conversation.

go to the public library.

go to church and become a volunteer.

Officially 15. Regionally are more even 100+ i think so.

i thought there were 21 regionally acceptable official languages.

Yes really., If we travel from One part of India to another. We will be struggled lot. I think i came to a Foreign County.

they speak significantly different languages so they do not understand each other.

Officially 15 languages, whereas actual speaking languages are 2000+ in India.
