Another one is Website: which is first option. universal something.

i think, mine is only email and website is correct. others totally wrong :-(

In this mutiple choice questions I think the best way to tackle is writing down as much as you can while the speaker talk, later when you have 10 minutes to transfer your asnwers, read what you write and match. You won't hear the exact word on booklet but synonims that's why is so difficult.

I feel the first one is NG - organization will guarteen each participants have a position;
F - employees can discuss with working hours

As they didn't mention anything about work, i put NG.

False I think is the answer, the text states that at least for interview you should use formal clothes

Which one ... has not converted to other uses? I choose semi-detached (although don’t know what this means)

There was a guy who help a gruop of people in accomodation
and there was an option which said: helped a group of business people in a particular task
