As long as they are valid at the time you submit your application, you won't need to do them again.

I have a quick question. My IELTS is expiring on 19th February 2024. My CRS is 980. I'm expecting to receive an ITA in the upcoming draw. So, would i need to retake the IELTS exam before i submit my application? (Provided if i submit my application within the next 10 days before my IELTS expires?

If you apply before February 19, then the old one will suffice as it will be locked in at the time you applied. If you applied after that date however you need a new. 980 is pretty high and I’m assuming you should get ITA soon. Hopefully the next draw is a general one or PNP.
I would get all the documents ready and submit as soon as I receive ITA.

Did you read the beginning of this thread? IELTS must be less than 2 years when you apply. You can take another one if you doubt your ability to submit an application before the current one expires.
