How about reevaluation?
I will do it next week, but I am not sure whether my speaking score increases to 0.5 .
Does anyone gone thru this situation ?

Are you kidding??? Those are great scores. You have almost maxed out, so you wont get that score much higher than you already have.

Hey, so sorry about you results, but don't give up. You only need to improve by half a band in listening, reading and writing. Based on your Speaking score I believe you are very capable.
Visit
ieltsliz.com and engvid.com and follow their tip religiously. These are incredible sites with lots of free material. They helped me get my desired scores after 2 failed attempts. So I know how you feel right now.
All the best and see you in Canada.

The only problem is it takes long and there is no guarantee. If you are willing to give it your all and can afford it, I would suggest you write again. Study for it as though it was a major exam and aim for 9s in all modules. This will give you your desired results. Last time i got 7.5 in all 4 so I know how you feel.
All the best
