Experts, reply me urgently so that i can take the action accordingly to send "mistake" letter for my IELTS point calculation. I was thinking to get "10" marks as per below index.
How much you are sure that i will sure get 10 points? As you must aware that i have applied in April,6 2010 in NOC 0213. Do you have any justification because i am going to ask "Visa Officer" regarding less point calculation. So, if i am wrong, they will not reconsider my PR file.
Therefore, please send me some verified documents that says 10 points in IELTS as per my score.

My dear friend....as per the old IELTS score calculation you get only 8 points....please use this link which will tell you the points you would get for IELTS....go to canadavisa site which will have IELTS calculation procedure tp refer...hope this helps

I have also given it 3 times and 2 times before I had 4.5 in Reading, this time I changed my studying process, all I did was read articles every single day, from these articles take 2 para's ONLY and mark every single word that I did not know the OXFORD dictionary meaning( no matter the words be as simple as "understand,guilty,instead, committed" etc you should know the OXFORD dictionary meaning of every single word that you read from the 2 para's, if you do this every single day and for atleast 3-4 weeks you will be able to get more than me. I did this only for 2 weeks. Also I did was when answering the mock test I kept my time to 40 minutes instead of 60 mins. This kept pressure on me and I had a lot of time on hands at the actual exam. I managed to get above and beyond what I expected. There is no harm in trying this as this has worked for a lot of people/students.
