Hey, mates! Is anybody aware of how are the IELTS Academic results converted to the CLB?
According to the fact, that Academic module is rather complicated, comparing to the General, I suppose, that it should be estimated higher, isn't it?

Thank god! results are up for me! I am kinda shocked because the parts that (I thought) did poorly on were actually the ones who got the highest marks, and then,, the sections I was extremely positive about .. just screwed my happiness.. But at the end it's over!!!!!
Reading VS Listening:
I firmly believe that the test centre did indeed mixed my reading vs listening final marks... Because I missed 2-3 words during listening and I randomly used egressive guessing to fill in the gaps in listening sheet. However, for the reading I was 100% sure of all my inputs (I even reviewed my R answers, twice!). Therefore, I don't agree with the result. But I'd never ever trade a high Listening mark with any other component because from what I see in CIC, the total CRS # is very sensitive to listening mark in particular.
Writing:
I am just dissatisfied with my writing mark, and I believe it doesn't reflect my performance on the test, AT ALL. I wrote my letter & essay concisely and carefully, and I filled in every single line in the sheet for both part 1 & part 2. I went for 200 words for part 1, and approx. 400 words for part 2.
I am thinking about applying for remarking request (writing section), but then I am afraid that my request will draw attention to my exam sheets and the mistake they did when switching reading vs listening's marks. So.. I am a bit hesitated honestly.
Speaking:
Well, I can't say much.. I earned this life skill. I am a girl who talks a lot until you stop me.. I won't give a dime to shut up either.. So yeah.. here we go.
