I have heard people getting marks increased in writing by asking for recheck. If marks increase then recheck fee is refunded and if marks stay same then recheck fee is forfeited. See if you want to do it as writing is subjective and marks may increase

that's the result of my 1st try (with a week practise)
L: a bit disappoint, but ok
R: 36/40 is ok, now i am sure the use of abbreviation (T F NG) is not a problem
W: there's a long way to go ... for 7
S: very disappoint with 6.5, but i know how to improve it

btw, 2/8 IELTS G exam is all FULL by BC right after the result is released.
