I picked up my paper, and it is located on the bottom right corner. It is easy to guess (depending on how risky you want to play it) what your reference number is...
I would not count on this too much as my certificate had 17 in front instead of 18 like the guy advised. I would harass everybody in the test building before doing this.
No, your error is different to hers. Yours means that your paper is being double reviewed for extreme caution. Hers just means she can't connect. Sorry to burst your bubble
Still cant apply cause waiting for the Ielts Report Form no as they are asking for it in CIC. What can be done? They told me that the paper would arrive after a week!

This is the site I am looking at. Called the test center in Santa Monica,CA but, they said that they cannot provide the results. We have to see the results on the above site only. Sorry that there is a technical issue.
