I think they will both accept family and family life for the first question. But for the last one I am not sure. I thought literally like 2 minutes when copying the answer to the answer form whether i should pick friends or peer group. How dissappointing...
Don't be, you still might be right it is just my understanding to it, and whatever the answer was don't look back and keep digging your way on, it is not hard but only tricky, the passages whether reading or listening are not innocent as they look, and that's why IELTS is famous and accredited worldwide,
i mean it was built to set you up!

Well, the question clearly stated that 'apart from paid & unpaid work what other competencies' so volunteer experience shouldn't be the answer. What remained was 'Languages'
