Do not worry. Sometimes the scores come out within 4-5 days as well.
I had experienced the same issue when I gave IELTS in December, the results came within a week.

Did you write any hand written statement?fully agree , in listening i scored 8.5 bands and in speaking it is 6, that's why my result was postponed by 6 days

YouTube has many listening tests. I would highly suggest you go over those videos and practice. It worked for me.
As for writing, try getting hold on some tips and practice. Use connectors such as However, furthermore etc. Split into multiple paragraphs. All these small things really help. Understand the format of both the sections. First is a letter and the second is a opinion related question.

Should you wish to offer any information that may support your test performance on January 18, 2020, please send a scanned handwritten statement to verification.ielts@idp.com within 14 days of the date of this letter. A template has been provided with this letter for you to use. Your statement must be written in English in your own handwriting and signed by you.
